Hear the cry of hungry students or else...

I miss the "At SMSU, Students come First" signs. I may be the only one to admit this, but it gave me a sense of security and even more so, importance, albeit a false sensation. Now I come to the Spur in anger, not towards SMSU administration, but rather Aramark, for blatant dismissal of student concerns. Since Aramark has ignored all other issues the student body has expressed, I beg that they read this and listen, something completely foreign to the status quo.
To the dearest Aramark:
In case you have forgotten, the services being provided by your company are going to students. The individuals purchasing a vast majority of your food, and furthermore providing your main source of income are, for the most part, very low-income people relying on loans to be able to afford school. However, the way your business is currently run, it seems you are trying to get as much money from your customer base as you can, all-the-while denying product quality. For example, I have ordered grilled cheese from the "Food Court" several times. It has been made differently every time and never, in my opinion, made in a satisfactory manner. However, State Street was more consistent.
So why is it that now that we are in the new Student Center the food is of lower quality?
Also, prices are substantially higher, need I remind you that we are college students, paying tuition that has increased 7-9 percent every year for the past 3 years? Again I say, you seem to have forgotten your consumers.
Perhaps I should mention the time issue. Night classes begin an hour later this year, meaning students aren't getting out of class until 9:00 pm. The State Street Cafe at least provided options for students that were busy most of the evening, but that option is gone. But, how dare I criticize you; you are trying to cater to our needs as students. Apart from Java City, which only sells over-priced sandwiches, fattening baked goods and minimal product to cost fruit cups, there is no option.
