• Residential Life staff contacted Public safety for assistance with a noise complaint Nov. 5. A female student was arguing with a male who is not student living in Armstrong. The male individual was uncooperative with Public Safety when they arrived, so Marshall Police escorted him off campus, said Brian Ehlenbach, a captain for University Public Safety.

• Officers on patrol noticed two individuals walking slowly through the C-Lot parking area Nov. 4. Officers noticed that the male and female individuals separated for a short time then came back together. When officers investigated the parking lot, they noticed a bag of alcohol stashed under a car. When officers asked the individuals about the alcohol, the male claimed full responsibility, and the female was released, Ehlenbach said.

• Officer noticed a vehicle parked in the R/A parking lot after 1 a.m. Nov. 4. When officers started investigating the vehicle, they noticed that it had a visitor's parking permit that was issued to someone other than the owner of that car, Ehlenbach said.

• Five minors were acting suspicious in the Student Center Nov. 3. The individuals were very evasive during questioning and gave false names and a false story about waiting for an older sister. When Public Safety explained that youth were not allowed to use the University facilities without someone affiliated with the university to take responsibility for them, they left, Ehlenbach said.

• A football coach contacted Public Safety Nov. 2 to report some money that was stolen from the men's locker room. The estimated monetary value was $100, Ehlenbach said.

• Someone pulled the fire alarm in the dorm Casa Futura Nov. 1 at 1:45 a.m., Ehlenbach said.

• A student from the dorm Desiderata contacted Public Safety to report someone moved her motorized wheelchair sometime after the fire alarm in F-hall, Nov. 1. The chair was left outside the student's room and was sitting across the dorm in the morning, Ehlenbach said.

• Residential Life staff contacted Public Safety about a medical emergency in the third floor bathroom of the dorm Ocean Boulevard Oct. 30. The woman who was coming in and out of consciousness requested an ambulance, Ehlenbach said.
